Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our dynamic civil engineering team. Reporting directly to the Asia BIM Lead, this role is central to advancing our BIM production capabilities and driving digital innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary design production and BIM deliverables.
• Lead BIM coordination efforts to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation in compliance with ISO 19650 and project-specific requirements.
• Support and promote automation initiatives, including generative design and parametric modelling.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, design leads, and BIM teams to facilitate efficient information exchange and digital collaboration.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams on BIM tools and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years specializing in CAD/BIM production.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, and OpenBuildings; experience with rendering software like Twinmotion or Lumion is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution plans, and digital delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model coordination, clash detection, and federated model management.
• Strong background in digital workflows and automation, with scripting skills in Dynamo or Python.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively guide and support project teams.
