Responsibilities:BIM Manager is responsible for the overall BIM department and its operations.Manage and lead deployment of BIM resources effectively.Implement all the procedures in BIM and digital construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.Leads and supports the use of technology to create BIMs in architecture, engineering and construction sectorImplement, track and drive productivity KPIsResponsible for all new hiring, i.e, interviews, skills test and induction, engagement and assessmentAdherence to safety practices in the work place.Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members positivelyAbility to manage stakeholders’ expectations, adept with conflict resolution and problem solving.
Requirements:Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized UniversityMinimum 10 years’ experience in projects with contract value minimum of 100 million, preferably to have been full time assigned on project or has led a major aspect of the project.Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguityStrong communication and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skillsIndependent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implementProficient in the understanding of the requirements of relevant authorities (ie BCA, SCDF, LTA)Proficient in technical knowledge of construction and materials.
