The BIM Manager shall manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the project.
The BIM Manager shall have about five (5) years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models for similar scale and complexity projects and in the development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
In addition, he shall have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies to lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D). The BIM Manager shall have relevant engineering degree or certification.
