JCO is currently on the lookout for BIM Lead one of our top clients! This dynamic company is one of the top Engineering and Design firm in the construction and semiconductor industry, and they are looking for hardworking individuals to join their team.

This company offers a stable work environment, availability for overtime, and a genuine career opportunity to advance with a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Revit design and a comprehensive knowledge of BIM modeling.

The Duties will include:

• Lead project BIM delivery for the MEP department; managing the production of models, drawings, and other outputs such as coordination exports, schedule exports, and more;
• Provide guidance and support for the team to enable efficient delivery and high-quality spatial data on the various projects;
• Evaluate clash detection and coordination efforts to ensure successful integration of multi-disciplinary designs
• Create details to define installation for construction
• Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering Team Lead to coordinate the design criteria, budget, & schedule.
  

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ total BIM Experience
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revi
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Degree in Computerized Drafting field preferred but not required.
