Job Description

Our client is a rapid growing Building Information Modeling (BIM) services and solutions provider based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with architects, structural engineers, building services engineers, quantity surveyors and BIM modelers for the production of building information models
• Successful applicants may be required to work on 4D Scheduling and 5D Estimating BIM Technology

Requirements:

• Degree holder in construction related disciplines
• Familiar with construction concepts, practices, and procedure
• Must show strength in knowledge/implementation of BIM processes
• Site construction and planning experience is preferred
• Working experience on 4D and 5D BIM is preferred but not essential
• Good command of written and spoken English, preferably with Chinese and Cantonese
