Job Description: An international construction company with active projects in Jordan is looking for a BIM & Digital Engineering Specialist to develop and coordinate BIM models and technical drawings across all project stages. Prepare 2D construction/shop drawings using AutoCAD from approved IFC drawings and specifications Develop coordinated 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination (Structural/Civil/Architectural/MEP) Prepare structural, civil, and reinforcement detailing drawings Prepare CFRP strengthening and concrete restoration shop drawings under engineering guidance Maintain drawing revision logs and ensure only approved drawings are used on site Update and maintain as-built drawings and BIM models Extract quantities from drawings/models to support Estimation and Cost Control Maintain and develop internal BIM/AutoCAD standards, templates, and libraries Provide on-site technical/drawing support to project teams Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of hands-on drafting/BIM experience in construction Expert-level proficiency in both AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Experience with clash detection tools (Navisworks or equivalent) Strong structural/civil detailing and shop drawing preparation skills Experience maintaining as-built drawings and revision control Ability to extract accurate quantities from drawings/models Strong attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines
