Talent 360 is hiring for one of our leading client with the BIM industry with over 10 years of expertise in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Based in Nasr City, They are proudly prequalified and recognized for delivering high-quality BIM solutions across diverse sectors.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated R&D BIM Developer to join our dynamic R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of BIM innovation, developing custom tools, automations, and digital workflows that enhance 3D modeling and data integration in real-world projects.

Job Role:

• Develop and maintain BIM applications using the Revit API and Navisworks API.
• Build dynamic web interfaces for BIM tools using React.js.
• Create backend integrations and services using ASP.NET.
• Work with MANET 3D BIM models or similar platforms to enable real-time BIM visualization and data interaction.
• Handle geometric data effectively and optimize 3D model performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, construction) to streamline workflows.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives and pilot new ideas and technologies.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in peer reviews.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in BIM development or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and experience using the Revit API.
• Experience with the Navisworks API.
• Proficient in React.js for building modern web applications.
• Solid experience with ASP.NET for backend/API development.
• Strong understanding of geometry processing and 3D model structures.
• Familiarity with MANET 3D BIM models or similar BIM visualization platforms.
• Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with Autodesk Forge.

Understanding of BIM standards (IFC, COBie).

Exposure to cloud-based BIM tools and digital twins.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.
