Your main Tasks:
Assistin the creation and modification of 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or other BIM tools.
Support coordination efforts by collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other trades toidentifyand resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Generateaccurateconstruction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM data.
Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and adhere to internal modeling standards and LOD (Level of Development) requirements.
Perform basic quantity take-offs orassistin generating a bill of materials based on model data.
Support field teams by providingaccurateand coordinated model information and supply layout points for use in the Robotic Total Station.
Experience or Certification needed:
Associate’s degree or higher in Drafting/Design Technology, or a related field is a plus.
Basicproficiencywith Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP (required)
Understanding of building systems, especially mechanical ductwork, piping, electrical layouts, or plumbing systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret MEP construction drawings and specifications.
Willingnessto learn,adaptand work as a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Experience:
Internship or academic project experience in MEP or BIM modeling.
Familiarity with clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks Manage).
Exposure to fabrication-level detailing or coordination meetings is a plus.
