Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation

This is a unique opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to build their professional capability and architectural voice while contributing to projects of scale, complexity and impact.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, supporting project teams, improving technical workflows, and helping to lift BIM capability across a design-led architectural environment.

About the Role

As BIM Coordinator, the successful candidate will support multiple projects simultaneously by providing BIM expertise, coordinating Revit and BIM standards, and assisting with complex project workflows.

They will play a key role in driving technical excellence and compliance by leading BIM coordination in line with project BIM deliverables. The role will also contribute to digital initiatives, model management, and the continuous improvement of existing BIM processes and workflows.

This is a hands-on coordination role that requires strong Revit capability, a practical understanding of BIM delivery, and the confidence to work closely with architects, project leaders and broader consultant teams.

Key Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting multiple project teams with BIM coordination, Revit workflows and model management

  • Coordinating project BIM standards, templates, protocols and documentation workflows

  • Assisting with the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans

  • Reviewing and auditing models to support quality, compliance and consistency

  • Supporting project teams with 3D modelling, documentation and technical coordination

  • Helping resolve BIM-related issues across live projects

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of office-wide BIM standards and processes

  • Supporting digital initiatives that improve project delivery, efficiency and collaboration

  • Working closely with internal teams and external consultants to maintain coordinated project models

  • Promoting best-practice BIM use across the studio
