expertise
in BIM and design coordination. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for
delivering high-quality project outputs aligned with client expectations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

This is a permanent remote role requiring availability to work in US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

Client Alignment

• 
  Understand client requirements in depth and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications

• 
  Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

Interdisciplinary Coordination

• 
  Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments for seamless project execution

• 
  Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

Timeline & Delivery Management

• 
  Ensure adherence to defined timelines and
  timely
  completion of assigned tasks

• 
  Prioritize work efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Reporting & Documentation

• 
  Maintain daily MIS reports, timesheets, and project documentation

• 
  Ensure proper documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle

Progress Monitoring

• 
  Track project progress and proactively address delays or challenges

• 
  Maintain detailed records of milestones and deliverables

Quality Assurance

• 
  Ensure all outputs meet client expectations and internal QA/QC standards

• 
  Conduct quality checks to
  maintain
  accuracy and compliance

Error Mitigation

• 
  Deliver error-free work with strong attention to detail

• 
  Identify
  and resolve potential discrepancies early

Work Requirements

• 
  Must be comfortable working in
  US Shift (night shift as per IST)

• 
  Must be able to work
  permanently in a remote/work-from-home setup
