An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a Billing Team Lead to join its finance team!

In this role you will be manage the billing specialist team, this team is responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing, regular maintenance of billing accounts, and for the general integrity of customer data in the company's systems.

This position also supports the AR & Collection team in their activities, handling all special billing reconciliation issues.

About The Role

In this role you will manage a global team and your main responsibilities will include:

• Improve data flows, optimize the company's Billing processes, and ensure accounting output is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Be a focal point and take significant part in designing new or updated processes which include system changes and enhancements
• Create and maintain policies and playbooks for the team
• Manage the issuance of invoices and collection from customers recording in the company's financial and operational systems
• Ensure that all Sales Orders submitted before monthly cutoff are invoiced prior to month-end closing
• Make sure proper SLA is met for various customer facing team requests
• Align AR aging reports and related deliverables
• Research and resolve customer accounts discrepancies
• Ongoing communication with customers, sales reps, business operations, customer success and AR/collection teams
• Review month end commission reports and invoice reconciliations
• Review month-end process

Your Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead of AR/Billing and overall 4 years of experience in Billing related roles.
• Experience with working in a global company (SAAS - an advantage)
• Experience with ERP environment - must (Priority/Netsuite – an advantage)
• Experience with Salesforce - an advantage
• Excellent English skills- both in writing and verbal - must
• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to details and ability to multitask
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage routine tasks repeatedly and identify improvement opportunities
• Service-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and keep up in an ever-changing environment
