Billing Specialist - Remote
The Billing Specialist is a key member of the Operations team that supports the seamless operations of a full virtual, telemedicine-based clinic. As a member of Integrated Sleep Care’s Operations team, performance includes demonstration of the following accountabilities: communication, teamwork, job knowledge and individual leadership.
The Billing Specialist is a key team member supporting the seamless operation of a fully virtual, telemedicine-based clinic. This role is highly administrative and focused on managing internal workflows, digital systems, insurance and billing prep, and ensuring operational consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
· This is a fully remote-based position that involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions.
· Must have a suitable space to set up a home office to mitigate distractions that allows he/she to maintain a focused and productive work environment.
· Must be able to effectively manage and minimize distractions in the remote home office setting.
· Home office equipment to be provided includes computer, keyboard, mouse, and monitors.
· Must have reliable internet service to avoid interrupted delivery of service.
