This role is based in our Manila offices, but the team you'll be joining is the Finance team of our US-based parent company. You'll be doing real billing work for a real US business, with the structure, support, and culture of First Focus around you every day. Your shift is aligned to US business hours so you can work in real time with that team rather than leaving messages across time zones.

This role runs on a mid-shift schedule aligned to US business hours. If you're an afternoon or evening person, you'll find this fits naturally. You'll have consistent hours and be working in real time with your US-based colleagues rather than leaving handover notes across time zones.
