Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Works with Sales department with regard to maintaining tariffs for their specific client billing needs.

• Procures all the proper information/paperwork for updating customer files for special rates/routings/packaging/discounts for billing.

• Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of capturing all related costs for billing accuracy.

• Prepare all adjustments(voids/credit memos) when necessary.

• Communicates globally with other offices Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Experience:

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Requires less than one (1) year directly related experience.
• SAP experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Works well under pressure and effective at meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with global geographical locations, airport codes
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
