Job Location: Houston Mega Lubricants Facility - Houston, TX 77015Company Description: John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is the local leader in dockside, mid-streaming, and offshore fueling along the Mississippi River, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Houston, Texas, and into the Gulf of Mexico.
Position: Billing Specialist
Reports To: Operations Manager, Texas and Offshore Fleet
Worksite: Houston Texas
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Essential Job Duties:
- Process all tickets and get approvals for invoicing
- Ascend – order entry, delivery, invoice auditing, print/send, credit rebills
- Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices
- Answer phones
- General clerical duties
- Knowledge of basic accounting principals
- Inventory support
- Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Reliable Transportation to and from Work.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Dependable/ reliable
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior experience as an Administrator Assistant
