About the Role
SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a dependable, tech‑savvy Customer Service Representative to join our corporate office in Albany, GA. This is a fast‑paced role where you will consistently handle customer calls, emails, and internal coordination to ensure accurate, timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a fast‑paced environment
- Handle customer emails consistently throughout the day
- Enter customer information and service orders into internal systems with accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with fellow branches to provide clear, accurate customer updates
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow established company procedures and service standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma (required)
- Exceptionally strong skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- On‑call availability as needed
- Must pass pre‑employment and random drug screenings
- Must live in — or be willing to relocate to — the Albany, GA area
