Job Category: Accounting- BillingJob Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily review of all delivery and pickup tickets created through the company’s operation system by Team Leads and other personnel at branches for your assigned region.
- Taking appropriate action on delivery and pickup tickets with exceptions or that include special instructions.
- Maintain and update Pipeline Reports (Excel Report) documenting delivery and pickup tickets with explanations and actions that are required to clear exceptions.
- Proactively work with Team Leads, Regional Managers and supervisor to resolve issues as they occur.
- Distribute Pipeline Reports to Team Leads and their Regional Managers, twice monthly.
- Work with Team Leads and Regional Manager to clear all unresolved issues on Pipeline Reports and Billing Readiness Report prior to and during monthly billing.
- Identify damage equipment noted on pickup tickets and work with the Biomed Dept. to obtain information needed to bill customers for damaged equipment.
- Provide support to billing and collections team as needed.
- Maintain a billing book for each region that includes special instructions that are customer specific, blanket PO's & pricing not yet applied.

QualificationsPreferred Requirements:
Employee will have the ability to work independently, must be detail oriented, and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Position requires very strong attention to details.
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems and issues as they arise.
- Requires ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with peers.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Billing or order desk experience is preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must be able to type accurately and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work past regular 8-hour shifts during monthly billing processing. Generally, this is a two-day process that occurs immediately after end of calendar month. This can also include weekends and/or holidays as required.
