Join our Team as a Billing Relations Specialist I

Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare financial experience with clarity and compassion? We’re looking for a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Billing Relations Specialist I to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service to patients regarding internal and external payment plan processes. You’ll serve as an important point of contact, working closely with patients and payment plan vendors to ensure questions are addressed, options are clearly communicated, and accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients regarding internal and external payment plan processes.
  • Communicate daily with patients and payment plan companies to support account resolution.
  • Assist patients in understanding payment options and resolving billing-related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up related to payment plan interactions.

Education & Experience:

• Completion of High School or GED is required.
  • Two to four years of experience in a physician office, hospital registration, collection agency, hospital or professional billing, or training at an educational institution that includes medical billing is required.
