Job Description

We are looking for a Billing & Logistics Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding tire company. You will be responsible for structuring and managing daily processes, ensuring operational efficiency from order receipt through final delivery to the customer.

We are looking for a self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and highly organized professional with solid experience to lead billing operations and logistics for the outsourced warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice orders, enter data into the system, and prepare delivery notes.

• Coordinate with logistics operators on order preparation, deliveries, and the pickup of shipping containers from the port.

• Monitor physical stock, inventories, and commercial consignments.

• Prepare monthly billing reports and commercial reports for management.

• Serve as the central point of operational communication between customers, suppliers, customs brokers, the Sales team, and the corporate team.

• Provide ongoing support to the Sales team regarding billing inquiries.

• Assist with other tasks related to the department, according to business needs.

What We Value

• 3–4 years of proven experience in similar positions.

• Experience with Odoo ERP (highly valued).

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of logistics, customs operations, and inventory control

• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate daily processes with the Sales team.
