About The Opportunity
The Billing Specialist of the Services Team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.
In this role, you will
Responsible for performing billing & collections for multiple WeWork locations in Mexico
Must be well-organized in tracking details on Members, and able to work independently; Using internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, answering Billing tickets
Able to communicate effectively via email and phone with Members and CM team Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and learn internal system quickly
Coordinating w/ Treasury on Member refunds, and payment receipts
Pushing urgent payment collections from Members
Ability to review legal contracts, invoices and payments on accounts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancies w/ Members
Coordinating w/ Community teams, and helping on home tax related requirements.
About You

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
+3 years work experience in Billing & Accounts
Proficient in English
