About this role

This position is for an Administrative Support coordinator who is under general supervision. Solves basic problems and relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May assist lower level staff in gathering, verifying and processing documentation. Applies intermediate skills and may adapt new procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process all rental agreements in your assigned area.
• Answer customer’s questions regarding their rentals.
• Communicate with Branch Managers and techs to keep rentals accurate.
• Make collection calls on a daily basis.
• Perform additional team duties as assigned – Process look-ups, yearend process of paperwork and mail out promotional materials as needed.
• Current “on rent” reports for key accounts as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of billing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AA/AS Degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
• Advanced ability to multi-task in a matrix, fast paced environment
• Superb team building and relationship building ability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collections and billing experience a plus
• Must have solid computer skills and a minimum of 3 years’ previous A/R and billing experience in addition to the educational requirements.
• Must be able to work independently
