SEEDWAY, LLC is headquartered in Hall, New York and currently employs 280 employees (including seasonal workers) nationwide. SEEDWAY is part of the GROWMARK system, an agricultural subsidiary serving more than 100,000 customers across North America, Canada, and Mexico. SEEDWAY, LLC is a full-line seed company providing high quality, high-performing farm seed products as well as lawn and turf products throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New England states, Florida, and South Carolina. We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

We are looking for a dedicated Billing Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls regarding billing issues, processing all pick slips, typing, data entry and filing

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes all billings for products that have shipped, as well as editing orders for correct locations, sizes or back orders.
• Research and find resolution for possible cost issues.
• Run reports daily and weekly and follow up to ensure reports are resolved and clean of orders.
• Performs activities including organizing and providing back up for credit card/ check releases. Assist with mail in order, and deposits.

Qualifications:

• Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
