Billing Clerk - Go Kia Renton

This team provides accounting support for three Go Auto dealerships across Renton and Tacoma, giving you the opportunity to work with multiple stores while being part of one collaborative team. What You'll Do

• Process and post vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review deal paperwork to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify funding, payments, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Process billing and accounting transactions for three dealerships across Renton and Tacoma.
• Reconcile deal information and identify or resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and dealership leadership to ensure deals are processed correctly and on time.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets company requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable, accounting reconciliations, and other dealership accounting functions as required.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Complete ad hoc accounting and administrative projects.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dealership billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• The ability to manage a high volume of transactions and multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple dealership teams.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach.
