Automotive Billing Clerk
Kenwood Dealer Group – Mason, OH

Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Process vehicle sales and billing accurately
• Prepare and submit title and registration documents
• Verify deal paperwork and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customers
• Maintain organized billing records

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma (accounting background preferred)
• Experience in accounting and/or automotive industry
• Knowledge of titling and vehicle sales processes
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency with DMS and Microsoft Office
