We׳re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated Billing and Collections Specialist (Student Position) to join our growing Finance team.

Wake up for this

• Work closely with our sales and legal team.
• Communicate daily with the company's enterprise clients.
• Work closely with the finance team on new deals, contracts, and pricing matters.
• Manage the day-to-day enterprise billing activities and collection activities including: Issuing invoices, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client or billing issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline current processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related course of study – must.
• Availability to work 3 days a week or more – must.
• Student with at least one year remaining until graduation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively to secure timely payments while maintaining client relationships.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across high-volume recurring tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to work with data and quickly learn new systems.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce - An advantage.
