The Impact You Will Make
- Drive Revenue Flow: Own the daily billing pipeline by preparing, verifying, and sending out accurate invoices.
- Build Client Trust: Reach out to clients to resolve billing discrepancies, answer questions, and secure timely payments with a professional, helpful approach.
- Keep Us Agile: Actively monitor aging accounts over 30 days and partner with our Accounting Manager to solve complex payment disputes.
- Maintain Bulletproof Records: Ensure the absolute security and confidentiality of our financial files while keeping everything beautifully organized.
- Support the Big Picture: Assist with audits, handle essential clerical tasks, and keep our financial engine running without a hitch.
What You Bring to the Team

Experience: A high school diploma (or equivalent) paired with 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or collections.
- Tech Savvy: Sharp skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial software like Great Plains.
- Math Minded: Total comfort calculating rates, percentages, and working with complex numbers.
- Focus & Grit: The unique ability to stay highly accurate, organized, and focused under tight deadlines or distractions.
- Rock-Solid Communication: A talent for listening well, speaking clearly, and handling sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism over phone and email.
- Adaptability: A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to pivot smoothly when priorities change.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years on the job experience in accounts receivable and/or collections preferred.

- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, decimals, fractions, hours & minutes, and possess the ability to compute rates and percentages.
- Must be knowledgeable in multiple software programs, including, but not limited to, Great Plains, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements’ directions accurately.
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
