Our award-winning client is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team.Our client is a reputable law firm specializing in workers' compensation litigation. We are seeking a dedicated Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. You will process invoices, manage accounts receivable, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare monthly invoices for client accounts.
• Review and verify billing transactions for compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable, including processing and reconciling.
• Identify and collect past-due balances.
• Resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and office supervisors to maintain adherence to client billing guidelines.
• Submit and monitor invoices through manual and electronic billing systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for client inquiries.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Assist in training team members.
• Perform other billing-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of billing/collections experience at a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience in data entry and working with computerized systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in billing/collections, with a focus on e-billing software (Tymetrix, Legal X, Collaborati, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
