The Billing Analyst II plays a key role in processing high‑volume invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting revenue accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely, accurate billing and smooth financial operations.

As a Billing Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing high‑volume invoices by reviewing field tickets and generating invoices in SAP
  • Resolving billing disputes and reducing discrepancies to improve accuracy
  • Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and customers to support timely billing
  • Performing revenue reconciliation and supporting month‑end close activities
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail and managing workload effectively

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operations
  • Have SAP experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess strong time‑management and organizational skills
  • Be comfortable interacting with internal teams and external customers
