We are looking for a billing analyst and accounts support person to assist us with the rapid

growth of our business.

A key part of this role involves reconciling carrier invoices to ensure the accuracy of charges, to

ensure our invoices to our customers are correct first-time.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Timely & accurate carrier invoice & statement reconciliation according to agreed rate
  • cards.
  • Negotiation with suppliers in processing appropriate credits.
  • Ensuring margin adherence.
  • Timely resolution of customer and carrier account queries via HubSpot
  • Generation of customer invoices
  • Liaise with Account Managers regarding billing queries
  • Support the Accounts Team with duties as directed
  • Support the broader team to help ensure overall business objectives are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Accounts and accounting knowledge
  • Logistics experience desirable
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets
  • Reconciliation skills
  • interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence customers' outcomes, ie invoice
  • payments

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel and Access)
  • PC
  • Xero/MYOB
