Billing Analyst

Location: Lutterworth (LE17 4XN) or Liverpool

Grade: RCS N

Contract: Permanent

( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, 25 days holiday, company discounts, parking onsite)

DHL Supply Chain, an award‑winning, world‑class leader in logistics, is looking for a driven Billing Analyst to join our high‑performing team.

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. Working within clearly defined guidelines and best‑practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You'll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you'll work towards—and exceed—key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls
• Raising sales invoices/credit notes
• Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup
• Access Self billing portals (using customer portals)
• Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs

• Financial background and intermediate level of excel
• Effective communication skills
