Haulaway Storage Containers is seeking a Billing Administrator to support our growing operation in Tualatin, Oregon. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities, customer service, and billing functions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Operations, Dispatch, Sales, and customers to ensure accurate billing, account maintenance, and exceptional service.

The Billing Administrator serves as a key link between our operations team and our customers. Accurate billing, organized records, and responsive customer support directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company success.
What You'll Do
• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Manage daily driver logs and operational records.
• Maintain customer accounts, purchase orders, and credit approvals.
• Support dispatch, phones, and customer communications.
• Reconcile billing records and assist with collections.
• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process commission coding and maintain work order records.
What We're Looking For
• Administrative, billing, accounting support, or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
