Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join the team.

In this role, you’ll mostly be handling billing and other administrative tasks, such as, daily banking allocation, processing time maintenance, raising invoices to customers, responding to queries, and supporting the overall billing process.

This role within the Billing & Revenue Assurance team offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow your expertise. Once you’ve found your footing, you’ll have the chance to take ownership and manage your own customer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all billing activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recording and tracking incoming payments and reconcile them with accounts.
  • Responding to internal and external customer invoice enquiries
  • Identifying and implementing processes to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Commercial Assurance Team, Financial Assurance, Strategic Finance, Contract Managers and PCB Managers.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proficient in delivering administrative and/or financial support, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in billing systems, database tools, and the Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for optimising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
