This role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies and errors, supporting day-to-day collections activities with key customer accounts, and ensuring billing processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, while also demonstrating the ability to drive change, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that support operational excellence.

• Manage billing and documentation inboxes
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors
• Process and validate invoices, PODs, and supporting documentation
• Monitor unbilled reports and follow up on missing information
• Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• Support collections and respond to customer inquiries
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Provide administrative support and backup as needed

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Must be team-oriented and an independent self-starter
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with TMW or transportation industry is an asset
• Post-secondary education is required
