Billing Accountant will perform tasks assigned by direct Billing Team Leader or other member of Billing management team. BA is responsible for performing billing tasks and review of tasks completed by less experienced members of the team. All specific duties are delivered by direct supervisor and are supported by appropriate job aids and procedures.
Specific duties:
• Create and review of invoices against data and contracts agreed with clients
• Setup new clients in the system
•Manage internal departments and external clients queries related to billing, reports and invoices
•Ensure billing related internal controls are followed
•Support management in billing related projects
•Perform review after less experienced team members
•Support and provide training to less experienced team members
•Support Team Supervisor in organizing team workload assignment
•Act with minimal supervision from superiors
•Prepare/update job aids and procedures as necessary
•Other not specified duties might be assigned by direct manager accordingly to business needs and employee skills
Skills:
•Communicative English both in speaking and writing
•Very good numerical and analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Excellent time management
•Attention to details and problem solving approach
•Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to find solutions and solve issues within area of expertise
•Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with business and systems personnel
•Pro-active approach, with initiative, detailed oriented and reliability
• Fund Accounting or Fund Service Invoicing knowledge would be an asset
Please note: The role requires minimum 3 days work from office
Minimum Salary:
zł68,004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
