What You'll Do

As a PCA, you'll support clients with everyday activities while helping them feel comfortable, respected, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Create a positive and welcoming environment through companionship and conversation
• Support clients with morning and evening routines, such as getting dressed and personal hygiene
• Help maintain a comfortable home by completing light household tasks and laundry
• Prepare meals and snacks based on the client's preferences and needs
• Provide assistance with safe movement around the home and daily activities
• Pay attention to changes in a client's daily routine, mood, or overall well-being and communicate concerns to the care team
