
Bilingual Training Specialist– Manufacturing Operations is responsible for delivering high-impact orientation and operational training programs that ensure employees meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role facilitates classroom and hands-on training, evaluates competency during the 90-day onboarding period, and supports the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
This position plays a critical role in workforce readiness, standardization of procedures, and operational excellence.

Compensation: The expected hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
