The Trainer is primarily responsible for delivering training (virtual and in-person) to new and existing operational employees. They support the design, development, and organization of various training materials and programs. They conduct training needs assessments to identify learner requirements, monitor learner progress from delivery through testing and evaluation, and share results with leaders to ensure training effectiveness and measurable success. They foster an engaging, interactive and creative learning environment by using blended methodologies, including virtual instructor-led training, self-directed e-learning modules, interactive case studies, knowledge-based assessments, simulations, hands-on production activities.

Qualifications
Education
Diploma or degree in Education, HR, Adult Learning, or related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant training and facilitation experience through classroom, online, virtual and web-based methodologies

Pay Range:
53 235 - 59 890 CAD
The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
