The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a recruiting professional who utilizes recruitment methods to identify and recruit top performing candidates for open positions across any business line. They consistently delight candidates and managers through world class customer service and responsiveness. The Talent Acquisition Specialist can staff projects and hunt for niche roles simultaneously. They gain a deep understanding of the businesses they support, including work environment, current and projected hiring needs, and position specifications to devise the most effective short- and long-term source strategies. They model our values of being ambitious with humility.
This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. Candidates must be located in the Mississauga area or willing to relocate.
This role does not have specific supervisory responsibilities.
The work primarily involves sedentary work requiring sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing.
Able to move around an office environment, as necessary.
Able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
Able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods and operate the computer keyboard, and other office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
