Job Description

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Campaign Support Specialist to join our
team. The successful candidate will provide operational and campaign support to
global suppliers, ensuring seamless campaign production, issue escalation, and
delivery in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to
  suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Execute and complete campaign
  production tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Report and escalate issues to
  the internal team for quick resolution.
• Manage survey groupings and
  ensure campaign delivery meets set deadlines.
• Deliver effective
  geographical and linguistic support to ensure the success of multilingual
  campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any
  field.
• Proficiency in Chinese,
  Japanese, Italian, or German (at least one required).
• Strong working knowledge of
  Partner Portals, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and
  problem-solving skills.
• Effective cross-cultural
  communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong verbal and written
  communication skills.
• Experience working within
  global partner ecosystems is a plus.
