Bilingual Speech Pathologist | Full-Time | Eastern Suburbs, Sydney

An established and much-loved private speech pathology clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Bilingual Speech Pathologist to join their close-knit team on a full-time, in-clinic basis.

Their caseload is varied, family-centred, and includes a genuine mix of paediatric and adult work, with a strong community of bilingual and multicultural families in the local area.

About the role

• Full-time, permanent, in-clinic position
• Predominantly paediatric caseload (70%) with scope for adult work depending on interest
• Regular clinical supervision, peer case reviews and internal PD sessions
• Modern, well-resourced rooms with admin support so you can focus on clinical work
• Walking distance to public transport, cafés and parking

What you'll bring

• Full AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist (or eligibility) and SPA membership
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting
• Bilingual proficiency — able to assess and deliver therapy in a second language
• Strong assessment, report writing and goal-setting skills
• NDIS familiarity and confidence working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• A collaborative, curious mindset — someone who enjoys being part of a team, not working in isolation
