Answering Service Agent Role

**Earn weekly performance bonuses by exceeding performance expectations (starting at $2.75/hr above New Hire Starting Pay per State)**

• We're seeking top-notch Bilingual Spanish Answering Service Agents to deliver exceptional support for our clients.
• While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

From medical and real estate to legal, home services and contractors, finance, technology, and business services, we specialize in providing seamless, professional support across all service industries.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
• Live chat, SMS, and email support

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening skills and a keen attention to detail
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure

• Pay Rate at Hire: $16.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $17.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential

NC, GA, TN, AL, SC

• Pay Rate at Hire: $15.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $16.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential

NY

• Pay Rate at Hire: $18.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $19.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential

WA

• Pay Rate at Hire: $19.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $19.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
