FareHarbor Core Values:
Why FareHarbor?
Founding FareHarbor required unwavering passion. Turning a start-up into the world’s leading and largest reservation software for tours, activities, and attractions required relentless dedication and vision. To date, we’ve helped over 20,000 global businesses operate successfully and are proud to have played a role in enabling business owners to live their dreams.
And since day one, we’ve known that our real success lies in our people—the Ohana.
With each new feature launched and new client onboarded, there is a team of incredible people behind the scenes who are full of dedication, passion, energy, and the will to succeed. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work—to believe in their abilities, to freely express their creativity, and to contribute with their own uniqueness by wearing their true colors. We take care of one another and always prioritize health and wellbeing. We give our people the space and trust to learn, to try, to succeed, to collaborate, to think outside of the box, to make mistakes, and even to fail. And then we come together to try again.
From the minute you join, you have a voice. You find your space. You make an impact. We celebrate our victories, shout our successes, and are always eager to tackle new challenges. And we can’t wait to see all that’s to come.
About the Role
Bilingual SEO Specialists are a key part of the FareHarbor Sites team at FareHarbor. We host over 2,000 client websites and offer paid SEO packages that help our clients grow their business by improving their organic and AI search visibility. In this role, you will use your SEO skills and Spanish fluency to audit clients' websites, develop optimization roadmaps and recommendations, and report on the impact of your work across both English- and Spanish-speaking client portfolios. You'll work with a wide variety of clients in the tourism industry, ensuring every day is a little different and giving you plenty of opportunity to hone your skills.
FareHarbor's business model depends on users booking online through our software, so it's in our interest that client websites are easy to find, easy to navigate, and built to convert. As a Bilingual SEO Specialist, you will work hand in hand with our Project Coordinators, Conversion Rate Optimization Specialists, Senior SEO Specialists, and SEO Strategists to hit deadlines, implement SEO recommendations, and prioritize high-conversion opportunities within your assigned client portfolio. You'll nurture, grow, and report on client accounts in both English and Spanish, communicating clearly and making changes that reflect modern SEO and AI search best practices.
To be successful in this role you should have a working knowledge of user experience, SEO principles, and how content is surfaced across both traditional search and AI-driven experiences (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, and similar). You should be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, competent with Google applications, and have exceptional written, communication, and organizational skills in both languages. You will manage multiple projects at once and should have strong attention to detail, the ability to self-start, and comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow. An understanding of how websites are built and structured, and how to make each site continuously successful year over year through strategic analysis and reporting, is important. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Denver office.
