    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, media relations, or content development roles.
    • Fluency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages (mandatory).
    • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-focused messaging.
    • Experience developing executive-level communications and materials for senior stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience in public sector, nonprofit, academic, or innovation-focused environments is considered an asset.
    • Exposure to media relations, executive communications, or event support is an advantage.
    • Benefits:

      • Salary range between CAD $77,100 and $97,660 annually.
      • Flexible work model (remote or hybrid depending on location near Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver).
      • Opportunity to contribute to national innovation and economic development initiatives.
      • Inclusive and diverse work environment with strong EDI commitments.
