Katy Honda is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (Vietnamese/English) to deliver an exceptional customer purchasing experience and support a diverse customer base throughout the vehicle sales process.

Compensation

This position is commission-based, with earnings driven by individual performance. Compensation may include a base draw and commission structure, with opportunities for additional incentives based on sales results. Pay plans are discussed in detail during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide professional product presentations
  • Assist customers through the full sales process, including test drives and vehicle delivery
  • Support Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers effectively
  • Develop new business and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilize CRM tools for follow-up and documentation

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
