Bilingual Remote Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

Location: Remote (Mexico/LatAm) Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to join our growing US-based logistics and moving team. This is a 100% remote position focused on converting inbound inquiries into booked moves and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish to ensure zero lead drop-off.
  • Outbound Follow-ups: Conduct disciplined outbound calls to new and existing leads to guide them through the booking process.
  • Lead Qualification: Gather accurate move details (inventory, locations, scheduling) to provide precise estimates.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records in our CRM to ensure operational continuity across shifts.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns and follow sales scripts to maximize booking outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time schedule.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while remaining process-driven and coachable.
