Job Description

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while providing exceptional support to clients and employees in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews and screenings in English and Spanish.
• Greet and assist candidates that arrive at the office
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
• Support hiring goals and workforce retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Experience with ATS systems.
