About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Regional Recruiter to help deliver a best-in-class recruitment journey across Canada and the United States. This role leverages AI-driven tools, analytics, and modern sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring while enhancing candidate engagement and optimizing hiring outcomes.
You will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—partnering with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality hiring experience.
