What you’ll do:

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars with precision, sending timely confirmations and reminders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Initial Intake Support: Ask thoughtful preliminary questions to understand client needs and ensure they are efficiently routed to the right team member.
