CIMCO Refrigeration is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support the Automation Engineering department. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Automation teams project management and administrative functions in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to scope, timelines, and budget.

Role Responsibilities

• Organize, file, and maintain all project documentation
• Assist in receiving, monitoring and closing of panel releases, project preparation, and job startups.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, reporting of hours worked, and schedule
• Support the Team Leads and Manager in accurately tracking and recording data in project management software.
• Assist in the maintenance of a weekly workforce schedule for service calls, On Call, and quotations
• Support all manufacturing administrative functions (Time sheets, Job Hazard sheets, and tracking staff training

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Must be proficient in English & French to serve French-speaking clients and prepare bilingual documentation
• Experience in project management/coordination is an asset
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with project management software; experience with proprietary project management software an asset
