What will I do as a Customer Service Representative?

• Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, providing online service/website support, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.
• Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems.

As a Customer Service Representative, you get:

What are the qualifications to be a Customer Service Representative at Afni?

• Amenable to work onsite at Afni in Plaza Los Titanes.
• Must have at least six months customer service experience.
• Advanced conversational English.
